The Pomodoro technique to increase productivity

The Pomodoro Technique is an amazing method that allows us to organize our time and helps us stay focused on a specific task in order to achieve maximum productivity.

This technique was born in the 80s, its inventor was a young Italian, Francesco Cirillo, who was perfecting this technique to be able to concentrate as much as possible during his study hours.

The young university student worked with a tomato-shaped timer, one of those used in the kitchen to warn about cooking times, whose translation into his language is “Pomodoro”, which is why the technique bears this name.

It’s amazing how our mind seems to completely suppress our energy when we need to focus or undertake an activity that requires patience, dedication, and engages our sense of analysis or creativity.
